They need to cut costs which means getting rid of the union employees that do unskilled tasks that a 6 year old could handle and get paid ridiculous amounts.
The also need to restructure management from the top down and take the company in a new direction. The automobile market has been changing for years now but the big three haven't. That to me is a major problem by itself.
